Also the circuit breaker and wiring supplying power to the plasma cutter (do not convey).  Two cabinets attached one in Master WI closet and one in Hangar Workshop do not convey.


Items that convey with the sale are the refrigerator, range, microwave, dishwasher, washer, dryer, car lift (in hangar), mechanic's bench on the rear porch.

 

The home warranty with 2-10 has been extended, the policy is in effect till February 2023.

2-10 has confirmed that the coverage can be allowed to transfer with the sale.
